Huvepharma may offer rebate promotions for specific Huvepharma products (“Promotion”) from time to time (each, a “Promotion Period”), to be administered by ACB, Inc. ("Administrator") through the Huvepharma Rebate Center (the “Rebate Center”), accessible at this site: huvepharmarewards.acboffers.com, the Huvepharma Rebate Center Landing Page (“Website”). These "Huvepharma Rebate Center Terms & Conditions" apply to all Promotions found on the Rebate Center.
ELIGIBLITY: End users/consumers that reside in the United States are eligible to participate in Huvepharma rebate promotions/offers (“Participants”) offered through the Rebate Center, provided that the Participant otherwise meets the requirements of the applicable rebate promotion. The specific requirements of each Promotion will be available on the Website. Distributers are not eligible to participate in any Promotions through the Rebate Center, unless otherwise specified by Huvepharma in its sole discretion.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN A REBATE PROMOTION: Participants may participate in a Promotion by purchasing qualifying products, registering for an account through the Website, and submitting the required information on the applicable rebate form (“Rebate Submission Form”) and receipts for the applicable Promotion. Participant’s registration and submission of the Rebate Submission Form pursuant to a rebate Promotion through the Rebate Center constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions as well as the terms and conditions governing the applicable Promotion. Participant acknowledges that Huvepharma and Administrator’s decisions and interpretations are final and binding in all matters related to all Promotions. Participation is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein, as well as in the terms and conditions for the applicable Promotion.
During each applicable Promotion Period, an eligible Participant must purchase a qualifying product(s) to be eligible to receive a rebate and satisfy all other requirements of such applicable Promotion. Customer must visit Website, located at: huvepharmarewards.acboffers.com. Participant must register for the Promotion by completing the Rebate Submission Form on the Website and providing all requested information, including, but not limited to, first and last name (no initials), mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, and email address.
Eligible Participants must proceed by uploading any required receipt for validation. Receipts must be itemized (include product name, package size, and price), and must include veterinarian or retailer name. In the event the relevant information is not included, Huvepharma or Administrator may reject such receipts. Credit card receipts are not valid. One receipt per image uploaded. Validation and receipt processing can take up to 8 business days. Only unique receipts will be accepted for a rebate; duplicate receipts will be rejected. Any receipts/invoices that are split invoices between two parties/producers will be rejected. Participants may claim a rebate on multiple purchases during the Promotion Period, but each individual purchase that is evidenced by a receipt is eligible for one rebate only. Maximum qualifying rebate value of $250 per rebate claim submission.
During the submission process, eligible Participants will choose one of two options for receiving their rebate: (1) Physical Prepaid card (mailed to registered address on file); (2) Virtual Prepaid Card (sent to the email address that is provided on rebate application). Allow 10-12 weeks for rebate processing and reward delivery.
Huvepharma reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend a Promotion at any time and for any reason.
